Research Problem: 1. What is the similarity between verb in English and fi'il in Arabic? 2. What is the differentiation between verb in English and fi'il in Arabic? 3. How is the comparison between verb in English and fi'il in Arabic?.

The usage of research autcome: 1. Theoretically, this result is expected to be a gift of science especially in English and Arabic language. 2. practically, this thesis can be useful for the learner and the teacher or even for the people commonly whose learn about those both language.

Research Procedure: 1. Kind of research: Literature or library research. 2. Sourch of data: All of data source and information about verb in English and fi'il in Arabic language. 3. Collection data method: Using library research approach and documentation method.  4. Analysis data technique: qualitative analysis data by using reflective thinking process and comparison method.

The result of analysis: 1. The is some basic similarity between verb in English language and fi'il in Arabic language. 2. There is some significant differentiation between verb in English language and fi'il in Arabic language. There’s various camparable between verb in English language and fi'il in Arabic language.

Suggestion: 1. For the faculty, It’s better to add some literature about English language and fi'il in Arabic language in order to  enlarge these analysis. 2, for the learners and the teacher, they must study about the similary and the differentiation about structure and grammar both language in order to become a good speaker in English language or Arabic one.
